Timothy- AES/AEP
I developed an early passion for sport performance playing representative hockey. This passion sparked me to study a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at University. After graduating my Bachelors degree, I spent time working with AFL and hockey clubs, developing sports specific conditioning programs and athlete enhancement. My curiosity in the physiology of human function continued to expand, and this pushed me to complete a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
As I developed skills and knowledge, I became aware of a significant need to service those busy individuals who may push their health to the side. I have worked with this population assisting in the prevention of chronic disease and aiming to mitigate the growing aging health burden.
I have extensive experience with:
Athletic enhancement
Functional improvement and corrective biomechanics
Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Weight maintenance
Cardiometabolic disease
Osteoarthritis
Chronic pain management
